1. GRANT. You may install, use, modify and self-host this software on
   servers you operate, for your own hosting business or personal use,
   free of charge.


2. NOT PERMITTED. You may not:
   a. sell, rent, lease, sublicense or otherwise charge for the software
      itself (charging for hosting services powered by it is fine);
   b. redistribute the software, modified or not, whether gratis or paid;
   c. use the name "KarnakPanel", the KarnakPanel logos, or any confusingly
      similar branding for your own product or service;
   d. remove or alter copyright notices in the source.


3. MODIFICATIONS are for your own installations only and carry no
   obligation to share. If you redistribute in breach of 2(b), clause 2
   applies in full.


4. NO WARRANTY AND NO LIABILITY. The software is provided "as is", without
   warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a
   particular purpose. You run it entirely at your own risk. In no event
   shall the authors be liable for any loss arising from its use — including
   data loss, downtime, lost revenue, security breaches, or losses suffered
   by your own hosting customers. If you host third parties with this
   software, their recourse is to you, not to us.


5. SUPPORT IS NOT INCLUDED. The software is free; our time is not.
   Installation help, repairs for problems you caused, and any other
   support are chargeable services at our prevailing rates. Nothing in
   this licence entitles you to free assistance.


6. TERMINATION. Any breach of this licence terminates your rights
   immediately. Provisions that by nature survive (brand, warranty,
   liability) remain in force.
